Iowa-Des Moines Supply Inc. is on call 24/7.  The department responds to emergencies in less than two hours -- guaranteed -- normally less than one hour.  The service staff is trained in the IDMS warewash programs, IDMS laundry systems, and in industrial packaging equipment.  The IDMS service department is the best.

Laundry/Warewash
The Iowa-Des Moines Supply Inc. service department is responsible for the installation and service of our Mach 7 laundry and warewash programs.  Our preventive maintenance "A-1 Program" minimizes emergencies and improves results for our customers.  On call 24/7, when a problem arises, you can expect an IDMS service technician within two hours.  We understand it is difficult to conduct business when equipment is non-functional.

Packaging
The IDMS Service Department is responsible for the installation and servicing of industrial packaging equipment.  Trained at the schools of the manufacturers, you can anticipate knowledgeable service technicians.  On call 24/7, you can expect an IDMS Service Technician to arrive for servicing within two hours of your service call.  We understand it is difficult to conduct business when equipment is non-functional.

Janitorial
The IDMS Service Department installs and services janitorial, housekeeping, and paper dispensers.  On call 24/7 you can expect a service technician within two hours of your call to resolve any problems with dispensers or equipment.
